I do offer free 15 minute consultations (phone or zoom). Once I receive your form, I can reach out to schedule the consultation.
What to expect in every session:
Through a safe, therapeutic relationship, you will be assisted in confronting the obstacles and difficulties which have kept your life from reaching its full potential. In a supportive and safe atmosphere, you will experience a highly personalized approach tailored to meet your needs and help you attain personal growth.
I believe in a direct yet gentle approach to therapy. If little movement is happening, I will bring it up so we can explore together what is blocking you from making the steps that can facilitate change.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.

Rates and Insurance
Counseling Rates
50 minute individual or couples sessions are $200
100 minute couples sessions are $400
Insurance
I am not on any insurance panels therefore I am considered an Out of Network provider. Please check with your insurance company to see if you are eligible for reimbursement. You may need to meet a deductible before your provider will reimburse you. Finally, it is important to find out if couples therapy or family therapy is covered by your provider.
Breakdown of Sessions:
Session #1 – Initial intake session with Couple
Session #2 – Partner A individual session
Session #3 – Partner B individual session
Session #4 – Feedback session with couple
Session #5 and beyond are spent working on the identified areas of concern in the relationship.
Intensive Therapy Sessions
Price varies depending on needs. I do bill at a higher hourly rate for the intensives due to the nature of the work. Click here to read more about Connection with Intention.
